Captured this elk along Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park this morning. Thanks for looking.

6x6. Wonderful details and exposure. May be little more room at the bottom.

PS: Would love to see some head shots with 6x6 rack if you have any.

Thanks Sid. Was not able to get any decent head shots. Maybe next time!

    Hi Dan,
I really like the comp on this one. The head down angle of the elk matches the BG slope quite nicely. Colors and detail look good as well. He's gonna be a nice one to catch again in a couple of months.

Super pose, and good show of his antlers. Comp wise, maybe a bit tight at the bottom.

More room at the bottom for more flowers would have been great!

Great head adornment :) and nice image.
A little later, shadows would have been too strong.

Cracking shot Dan. Bit tight on bottom as mentioned, but love the details and light. Like this view, but also hope you have some horizontals too.

I like the way his head follows the angle of the land, another vote for a little more room at the bottom :)

love the soft light and rich details here. comp is fine for me as the antlers are the focal point.
