    Sid:

Lovely soft light, killer eye, soft background, nice HA, nice comp.

The whites are a bit dingy, but I suspect that is the bird, nothing to do with exposure!
    THANKS for sharing.

    I agree with Randy.
Nice image though, lovely pose, light, detail, colors and BG, I would try to brighten the BG a bit more and also I would suggest to get rid or at least tone down the brighter areas from the left of the BG.
    Congratulations!

I agree with the critiques made by Randy and Ramon. I also think the head could use a little more sharpening. Love the greenish tint on the head and the soft pink feathers.

    Sid,
I really like the composition on this image. Feels well balanced.
IMO it could use a touch of levels to give it a little more pop.

There is a light area running vertically near the left edge of the frame. Moving to your left a bit could
    have eliminated that element.

Sid, love this image! The green background is a wonderful contrast to the pinks. I agree that I might burn the white areas on the left side a bit so that they aren't quite as bright. Overall quite nice!

Other than already said, I like the eye and the eye-contact here,
also the blue-green head color is very interesting and nice. I like it.

I like the pose and eye contact. Perfect HA. Would remove the light streak in the ULC.
