Hi Manos, nice pose, great BG and lovely subject, main focus seems to be on the bird's tail so I would suggest sharpening the head more. Nice comp but crop is a tad too tight IMO. I would also suggest brightening the bird a bit.
    Congratulations!

It does look better, if I may, here's another version, some little Shadows&Hilights, a tad less contrast and I also toned down the BG, also a bit of sharpening on ther head.

Very nice image Manos, not easy to get BTW. The critical focus point seems to be on the tail instead of the head. The pose of the bird and the eye contact are just fantastic. I know that it is not easy to do but I strongly recomend to use for flight at least f7,1.
The BG is nice, smooth and interesting but I will try to tone down a bit. The suggestions by Ramon may help to improve the image a lot :-)

Amazing colours captured in this, and like the gliding posture of the kestrel. Great eye contact, and Ramon's repost works well.

I like the angle, pose and eye contact. The sharpened version looks better and I might darken the BG a bit.

Beautiful pose and BG.. one of my fav subjects... The sharpened version looks good.. I agree with a little darkening of the BG.
