    I did an in-camera blur and added an Orton effect to it, then a slight gradient to the sky. I wanted to keep a high-key look.

    I love the feel of this image. Really summery and like the blur lots too. So much movement and happiness and color.

    Love the motion and the colours Denise. Good job w/ the gradient, it looks very natural.

    Very Nice. Did you shoot the image with the idea of using the Orton Effect or was is it an after thought using only PP? I love the look. Is this Point Pleasant?

    Nick, This is Point Pleasant and I did an in-camera blur then added an Orton effect to it along w/ a slight gradient for the sky. Really easy to do just slow down your shutter speed and the camera will do the rest. The Orton is an action that you can re-create using photoshop. I'll link a post by Fabs w/ instructions.
