Made this image this afternoon at a park that has good habitat for this species.

Bryan, Stunning image in every way. Love the vertical presentation, the fine background and perch, and your subject's singing pose tops it off.

Would this be a BOAT (bird on a teasel)? Stunner! I might add a touch up top and maybe take a little off the bottom, but the long look here works nicely too :)

Superb perch, singing pose and BG. The image looks a bit flat in my monitor and I would increase the saturation in the violet little flowers in the perch.

What a great looking perch, and well timed to capture the singing pose. Good light, detail and colours. Just a personal thing, but I would maybe take a bit off the bottom.

Per Juan's suggestion, image looked a bit flat. I reworked the image, warmed the image a couple points, as well as a bit more saturation. How does this version work?

Great sharpness, perch, pose and BG. I would prefer something between original and repost.

Very nice pose, lovely perch and BG. Repost looks a bit over-saturated on my monitor; original a bit flat indeed.
