Theme: Flipped; I am a Mean Dude
This is a rework of an older file and I tried to make him look meaner. I used the bloat and pucker tools, made his eyes smaller and bloated other parts of the head and breast. Plus a bit of other fine tuning (sharpening, smudge tool). And Topaz Clean.

Jackie, I like what the Topaz Clean did to the feathers. The mean face really does show!! I love the swirled copper BG!!! Nice re-work!!
You really used the filters very well, Jackie, he does look mean!
