I hoped to be able to photograph a razorbill that shows the inside of the mouth. This bird cooperated when he greeted an incoming razorbill.

beautiful pose, composition and great bg`s color!!!
Ditto what Manos said... Is that the normal color inside the mouth or breeding colors? These beauties have such cool looking eyes!
You had a field day with the Razorbills Axel! Terrific open-mouth pose, nice compo, and great exposure.

Axel, I can see why you wanted an image w/ an open mouth. The bit of color really makes the image special IMO. Nice details and exposure.
Excellent pose with the open beak. The feather detail and exposure are amazing. Well captured

Axel:
I agree wit Denise, the wedge of color from the open mouth makes the already good image excellent.

What a superb series of these guys you've got!
Great pose, BG, light, exposure, detail, comp, and species! Big congratulations!
The colour of the inside of the beak is amazing. You certainly nailed the exposure on the razorbill again, and love the pose. Another outstanding image from you.
Terrific portrait, Axel and you were lucky he kept his eyes open for the display :)
The bright colour of the mouth makes the image for me. A very nice port indeed.
Nothing more to add. Just terrific job. Love the light, exposure looks great as your careful composition.
Fabulous open mouth Axel. Those inside colors pop this monochromatic image. Congrats mate. :)
Nothing to fault with this image Axel, the exposure is handled perfectly, the head angle pointing to the top left corner of the image works very well for the comp and the open beak and bright colour inside the mouth really sets the image off....congrats
Superb,
The yellow / orange stand out beautifully, taking this one over the top.
I would like to see it more as a portrait
