    Sorry, you guys are stuck seeing skimmers from Nickerson Beach from me for a bit. This one taken with 40D, 500f4, AV at 6.3, 1/160, iso 800. He looked pretty proud of himself.

    I like it Carole

    Lots of good things going here !!! Clear visible eye, good whites, sharp, low angle and good eye contact

    Light was soft enough the side lighting didn't give you problems. Might give the bird a little more room but like it as presented !!! ... can't get tire of these guys !!! :)

    Hi Carole,
    This is one sweet image, I like the composition and ultra low capture angle, the head angle and eye contact are good, the color rendition is good and I like the complimentary background...I like it as presented...:) well done...looking forward to more...:cool:

    very nice image with a lot of great aspects, covered above. I also like the early morning reflection on the wing.
