Good shot. Like the crop as well and the BG.
Dave, I can feel the wind blowing in this one...he looks very graceful !!!
check those battle-scars! nice close-up, I get uneasy with him staring at me so close :)
Hey Dave,
That's either one heckuva comb-over or there's a breeze blowing that gives this one a real nice feel. Really like the comp and the half-squint stare. Nice work.
I would not want to meet him - ANYWHERE!! Well, maybe as Dave did through a long piece of glass.
That beast has been around the block more than once; lovely capture.
Cheers, Jay

Daviid, awesome close up, tthe lighting, the look, the wind, the grass, adds up to a spectacular shot.

PS I probably would not have cropped it so tight, to give the sky a bit more effect

Great portrait and nice job with the side lighting, Dave. The crop works fine for me, especially since there's plenty of room on the left. I also like that you left in the scars and the flies.
Hi David, this guy sure has been in a few battles. I like the relaxed stare, and good overall detail captured.
Killer portrait david, nice approach here... Thanks for sharing.
