Captured in Cape Town in April.
I was amazed by the intesity of the blue sky in Cape Town when the wind blows. This shot has only minor colour saturation.

Yep, I can vouch for that amazing sky in Cape Town. I think the strong winds blow all the pollution away. Great posture with good exposure and detail on the underwings. I feel you have nailed the comp in this. Well captured Dave.

You were on the right side of this slightly harsh light and handled it real well!!!! Always great to get a catch light on these beauties and the under wing detail is fantastic. Love the composition and sky!! Congrats!

Dave agree with whats been said but I'd be tempted to see it with a little more room on the left and bottom.

I'm with Brian comp wise, and I agree with Ramon about light angle - but I still like the results achieved. Good techs that gave you the best exposure possible in this situation.

Great stuff Dave. Especially like the exposure and overall quality here. The Kingfisher's are starting to nest at the spot I showed you at Rietvlei, must just find a nice looking perch to setup.
