Bill, Really nice looking work here. A bit tight for me. I like the shoulder in full view and the details look very nice. Something a bit off with the eye,I'm sure it's from the treatment but it looks like a blue circle? BG and perch Rock!!!!You have truly mastered that look!!

Marvelous piece of work. I think you can fix the pupil if you are careful. It looks very neat indeed, if anything, the image is so clean that the tiny bit of foliage sticking out under the tail kind of distracts me. Not sure what you think of removing that to make it clean allover. Thanks for sharing. :)

Jackie: never, never jpegs! Save everything as photoshop .PSD, 16bit. Actually I do sometimes print them, on Epson Matte Paper Heavyweight using an Epson R2400 that uses pigment based inks. (For photographs glossy or semi-gloss).
Akos: I could remove that little piece of foliage pretty easily. I'm not sure about yet. The eye could be fixed by the same method as red-eye removal. I'm wondering why its like it is. It could be eyes of raptors are different than other birds, or maybe a nictating membrane?
