    Default Osprey

One more Osprey from last Friday's trip. Light was quite harsh here again and there is a small hot spot on top of her head. I like the fact that her mouth was open, she was telling me to back off from her nest. Her husband was flying branches in to beef up the nest even though the 2 babies were almost big enough to fly. Hopefully this weekend they will take to the air because I've always wanted to photograph juvenile Ospreys. Thanks for looking. All C/C welcome and greatly appreciated.

Great eye contact and underwing detail! Could desat the sky a little and go slightly lighter overall. Congrats!

You are almost hunted :) Nice image. Love it calling. Sharpness is fine.
Might lighten a bit. The sky looks dark to me.

GReat details and eye contact! Sky has been mentioned, but I am fine with the color.

Thanks for all the comments. I lightened the bird a little and desaturated the sky. Better?

I like the stare, wing position and calling pose. I would prefer something between original and repost. The sunlit parts in the repost don't have much detail anymore and I would also run NR on the BG.

I like the HA and the wing position and detail. I, personally, liked the original post as the sky does not appear overly dark to me.. Clear summer skies are pretty much the color of the original post..

Great eye contact, and love the full wingspread. You have brought out good detail on the underwing, and the open beak adds. Well captured Brian.

Repost is way better, I like the pose, exppsure, detail and bird's atitude, light angle was not ideal, but you managed to get good detail.
    COngratulations.
