    “Upside Down”

    This frisky fellow was painted with a Nikon D300, using a Nikkor 200mm f/4D IF-ED macro lens, with a 20mm extension tube.

    Image Solution:
    focal length @ 200mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / in camera matrix metering / 1/250sec. - f/22 / exposure comp @ 0EV / ISO @ 400 / white balance @ auto / AF - Mode @ manual / color space @ sRGB / lighting solution – ambient light / tone comp @ +1 degree / hue adjustment @ +1 degree / saturation factor @ +2 degrees / support platform - tripod assist.

    Love the details on the spider, excellent side profile, but what I like most about this image is the clearly visible zig zag line of the web. Wish the spider was turning towards you.

    Gus - love the diagonals of the web, and how well the bg colors complement the colors of the spider. Superb.

    Nice macro capture i like how the spider`s colour goes to the background and the angel is really unusual but i like it anyway.
