    I definitely like this better and the other one was already great. I love the detail on the far wing. I would try to lighten the eye a little, that's about it. Congrats.

    Hi Rick, I know you say "same settings"; however, that assume we all saw yesterday's post. With over 100++ every day, no one can look at every post every day!

    Lovely bird; I think the eye is too dark. Was the hawk coming in for a landing or to grab food?

    Hi Jay and everyone else, the hawk was coming in for a food grab. The settings are as follows. D2X w 600/4. f5.6@1/1600 sec, iso 200, EC 0. Thanks, Rick

    Excellent pose showing those talons in action. Great detail and colours. Ditto the eye being a bit dark.

    I like the pose and sharpness, I'd suggest working the eye a bit and also improving comp with a less square crop.

    I like this one better. nice pose talons first.
    The eye is a bit dark
