    Hi Asad- Lovely species- I don't think we see this one too often here at BPN. The look-back pose is a nice idea here but for me it would work better if there were more eye contact. I think it would be good also if you could get a bit of light and contrast into the eye area. The background is beautiful!

    It looks like a pretty heavy crop (was it?) so if you try to re-work, you may want to crop a little looser which will make the image easier to work with and a little more forgiving.

    A agree with you.this image is 10% of oreginal file.I was add bright on head and eye (edit local) If I add more bright on head and eye ,engender noise

    for that to be only 10% of the frame, you did really well in PP. agree with john about having a lighter eye. i like the far off stare.

    Not too bad for a 10% of frame, Asad.
    The BG is nice and nicely composed, except we need a full head turn you way to make better. I deally, next time you can get closer :)

    I like the pose and the color of the background. Agree with lightening the eye. I would try to get the darker area out of the background.

    Comp and BG are great, I wish the bird was in a better plumage condition and for a better Head turn.
