    That is one cool hairdo. :) I also like the striding pose and open bill. The BG competes a bit with the subject.

    Sure has fluffed up the crest. You have exposed the colours nicely Ken, and overall, nice and sharp. We cant always choose their BG, and congrats on capturing the moment.

    Yes the BG does not make the image overly attractive, but it is as Stuart says the moment that counts.

    I like the light and bird's atitude, BG does not help at all as stated above, could ths be a juvi?
