Like this a lot - Congrats.
Like the composition = the reflections are really good and the black BG makes them really pop.

    Love it.

Mirenchu, Very beautiful image w/ alot of appeal. I also like the reflections and the black BG. I would evict the tiny white spots on the right. Well done!!

Very nice Mirenchu. I like the diagonal symmetry and the sense of depth conveyed with the difference in focus between the flowers. The subtle colors against the dark water make for a very pleasing image. Agree with Denise on the cleanup potential for the RHS.

Hi Mirenchu, lovely photo. Did you shoot these at Fairchild (out of curiosity)? Just a couple ideas. I wondered about your shutter speed and why so high. I would have liked to see the left flower in focus, so a slower speed and narrower aperture perhaps. You may not have had a choice, but a higher perspective that would have given more view of the center would be nice as well. That's a beautiful yellow! Just my 2 cents for what's it's worth.

Hello, thank you for all your comments and suggestions!
The picture was taken at the San Antonio Zoo in Texas last week, I had my camera set at AP and I was practicing DOF. The pond was constructed over the ground (very high) and I was standing when I took the picture, no chance to do it other way.
