    Default Help!!!

I am attaching the P-40 plate to the base of the 500mm Canon. Where exactly should I place the plate? Dead center, off-center???? And does the lettering face you on the plate (the Wimberley logo) or go away from you??? Can't seem to find that in the instructions. All this will be going on the Wimberley II Head. Thanks!!!!

Lettering does not matter and I would place it dead center make sure you put in the screws that keep the lens from sliding out of the Arca clamp.

Jackie depending on the camera body you might want to adjust the position. Agree with Don on starting at the center and adjust !!!

...btw adjust the up/down so the lens will balance properly. Have the center of lens just above the rotating axis !!!
