    Okay, I need help with this one. I think it has real potential in that you can see some real tension in the water created from the bubbles and ripples but there isn't a lot of tonal difference in the image, despite my tries at manipulating it. I thought about doing some burning and dodging but am not sure it's worth it. Any opinions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I can see what you mean, Jules. The three larger bubbles forming a line look great as do the ripples. the smaller, oof bubbles don't add anything and actually seem to detrail. But the biggest problem to my eye is the flatness of the water. It looks to me that in full color, it should be a brown mud puddle.

    Julie, I think it's a bit flat but does have some interest, I'm curious to see what you come up with.
