    I like the pose and comp.
    I think that you have lost a bit of detail in the white feathers by clipping.

    Hi Dave,

    Thanks for your comment. If I look at the image histogram in Photoshop my blacks are clipped and my whites are ok (apart from a few pixels on the outside edge of the bird.

    I like the pose, breeding plumage, and BG. I might give it a bit more room top and bottom and might tone down the whites that are overexposed.

    Great comp, and I like the stretched pose. I also like the detail from the tail feathers.

    What I like other than the pose is that the white plumage practically lines up perfectly with the dark patch in the green BG. Congrats Lorant!
