    There is a colony of ants in the knot hole of a tree in my back yard. They are constantly carrying out the trash. I just held my finger on the "trigger" until one walked into focus. I've been trying to catch the toss but so far that has eluded me.

    Michael I think there are two ways you could improve upon this image - one in camera and one in pp. In camera, I would suggest going more to the side of the ant so we aren't getting a direct head-on angle. I say that because with all the "trash" in his mouth, it's hard to really make out what's going on here if you don't know. From more of a 2 o'clock position you would get part of the head and trash and I think the comp would be stronger for it.

    In pp, I'd clone out or tone down the really hot white areas, both in the FG and BG. They are quite distracting to the action of what's going on here - at least for me.
