    I placed a quick mask over the birds head and leading edge of the wing/body, used the motion blur filter and then pulled it a bit with the liquify filter in CS3.

    Dan, Good thinking using the liquid filter. I think the motion looks very good!! I see some marks in front of the bird. I like that you swerved some of the blur it looks great!!

    Hey Dan,
    Neat effect! I particularily like the strong contrast of black and white and the wing and bill lines.
