This is just killer. Great exposure, BG, and juniper(?) perch. Great calling pose. I do wish the bit of vegetation from the perch wasn't touching the bird.

From the singing posture, I am guessing audio was used?

Agree with Aidan about everything. Very nice capture, great pose, nice tecs. Would have been nicer if you could have moved to the right a bit not to have that green touching the bird. Still a rocking photo.

Stunning capture and pose Alan. LOve the composition too and the singing pose puts it over the top for.

Bonus points for photographing one of the toughest to find warbler species in the US. As per your usual standards, fantastic.

Fantastic capture, pose, perch, the bird is absolutely great.
Part of the cheek looks a bit flat, although the reds are not
burned. I wonder if you could get more texture in PS.

Excellent singing pose! Love the perch, colours/contrast and the open beak is beautiful. A bit too tight in the frame for me otherwise great shot!

Excellent capture. Love the down the throat look. Guess I need to go out to Mike's place.
