I like the feather detail captured. Good exposure, BG and colour.
The red eye pops. I am not sure about the flight angle but the wings do show very well as is.
I always like the shots that are slightly from the top down, showing the plumage detail nicely. everyone's gonna mention the flight angle, so I won't ;)

The view of the near wing is superb. You need the look back head turn like the one that Doug Brown had in a recent tern post... Some bill clean-up might be an option.

beautiful shot. great colors and light. I like the form of the wings. A head turn a little more towards the camera would have been great but it's a great shot as it is.
