Beautiful bird in a very nice setting and comp.
The only thing that catches my eye a little,is the lower upside leaf.
But that's just a minor detail.

Nice pose, sharpness,HA. Nice flashwork to bring up the color.

I agree with Thomas about the leaf, and might try to burn it in, as well as the bright stem and stick by the tail.
That will focus more attention on the bird IMO.

Great posture and head angle! Exposure good as well. I find the light coloured leaf a bit too bright, but this is a minor point.
