He was unhappy about another PK perching on a lower branch. Early morning capture.

Great shot Gerry! Cool bird, cool perch, warm light, and an open bill all make this one shine for me. I'm not sure but some of the white on the throat and on the cheek looks a bit hot. The background complements the bird well but needs a bit of clean-up LL and UR, plus maybe a round of NR. I like it, and with a bit of attention to those details, I would love it.

    Cheers!

Great pose and comp. I see some Bg noise and a lot of Dust bunnies. You also seem to have a sharpening halo.
Whites on throat looks yellow??maybe from burning?
Still nice shot. Just need a bit of TLC

Lovely image and great interaction despite the counterpart is not visible.
Bg looks a bit noisy on my screen. Tone down a bit to avoid hot areas.

Gerrie, that head sure is pin, and great to see inside the beak. Yep, Mankwe in early morning certainly produces warm colours and super BG's.

Super light here Gerrie and I say when you have such a nice bg include lots of it! The pic certainly deserves a bit of attention.
