Once again in the middle of a herding competition. It gets hard for me to stay focused on the action when a bird lands right in front of me.

Nice birdie Jim. Next time, flop down on your belly and capture the bird and the herd in the same frame:D. So little time, so many interests! HA and EXP are good IMO, but ofcourse I wish to be much closer to the Turdus Migratorious;).

Hi Jim. Like you, my eyes tend to drift towards the birds when I see one nearby. A tighter crop and a lower angle would help strengthen this image IMO.

Thanks guys. I think I'm on a loose composition kick. It might just be because I can't really go stalking out into the middle of the competitions, but some of the looser stuff is appealing to me lately.
