This is a juv Tawny Eagle. Made this image when he was too preoccupied looking for the tiny frog he missed out on.

Great golden color, excellent detail. The pose is great too.
I like it a lot. If you wish you could clone out the little feather
    sticking from the head.
    Congratulations!

I like that little feather on the head...it gives it a juvenile look, sort of like Alflafa from the Little Rascals :-) Good crop, I like the included shoulder. I do wish for a bit better head angle, although this pose does indeed give it a concentrated look.

A striking pose. I love your lighting, especially on the eye. Your exposure is good, feather detail is great and image is tack sharp. You also made good use of DOF here to blur the BG, focusing attention on the bird. I also like the various curves in the image. I would suggest that you crop some off the top.

Beautiful bird, beautiful posture, beautiful background. Perhaps lighten the eye a fraction?

Very nice Kiran. All around great head shot. I really like the inquisitive look on his face.

Incredible detail, and I LOVE your composition. Sharp, the eye looks fine to me, and the intensity of his concentration grabs me.

Amazingly sharp Kiran, and love the look. "now where did that darn frog go?" How is that beak, and I like complimentary BG.

I like the pose, sharpness and BG. I agree regarding lightening the eye and might crop a bit off the right.
