Dear All
This image made in Bandhavgarh Nationa Park , India with D300, 600MM, ISO 200 at F5, 1/60 secs with Bean bag support
All C & C most welcome and appreciated
Like the image desing and the look-over-the-shoulder pose. Really neat. Nice BG; the perch while damaged, I doubt is a set-up; and is weathered nicely so it does not stick out too bad at all. I would probably sharpen the bird a little more.
Akos as I have mentioned Bandhavgarh Nationa Park , India , no set up, even you can not get down on roads in Tiger reserves.
some branches are cut so that vehicles can move on. Sharpneing , Humm I have shaky hands while using that tool in CS3, You may try
Thanks for stopping:)
Harshad
I like the shot. great head angle and calm background. For me the sharpening looks fine.
I just visited your blog. Fantastic tiger shots. I really have to come to India one day and see this beautiful place.
nice shot Harshad, nice BG,imo I would like it a bit sharper, its very much like our female sparrow hawk (Accipiter nisus),I see by the tail,it is going through the moult.thanks.
it strikes me as a tad soft, but only very slightly, so I agree some light sharpening would do lots.
great southside pose with head-turn, lovely BG and great eye-contact here Harshad!
Great head turn Harshad, and your repost works so well. With regards to fill flash, the guys mean you could have used a flash on your camera to bring out the shadows.
Hi Harshad
Repost is sharper. Thanks for taking the time mate. Best to add fill flash in field (that's interesting about not being permitted and I have never heard of that, but gotta respect the rules) but what Alan showed you is another way to recover shadows. If you don't know the path it's Image>Adjustments>Shadows/Highlights if you only see two options, there should be a checkbox in the LLC of the window and by checking that you will get more options for adjustments.
