Pa STK is very fair and a good provider. He made sure both members of the family got their share and divided it in the air. Not crazy about the wing position, but I like the fanned tail. Prey is a rock dove.

Very nice! I find the slight head turn/tilt towards us to be engaging. The prey in both the talons and beak adds a lot of interest for me. I also agree with you that the fan tail is very pleasing. Good show!

Great fanned tail Fabs. Love it. Do these raptors predominantly feed on yourn birds? Looks like pa wanted to eat first.
    Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful, Wonderful Fabs! IMO, the tail angle trumps the wing positions! I do wish for a little better HA, but this is great!

Wow, That's an awesome bird in flight, love the tail, the way it fans out, the winks look good to me, but I also can't get over the carrying of the young. Great job.

You sure are getting your monies worth with these guys Fabs. The aerodynamic tail makes this for me. Good to see the food for the family, and well captured.

The tail and the action makes this of course. The wing position here doesn't bother me as it allows a view of the kill.

Now this is my kind of shot!!! Love the action and perfect pose of the chick carcass and morsel in beak......I'm ok with wing position as the rest is so cool! Nature at it's finest!

Hey Fabs I think that you and Al can be very happy with all those fantastic images of the STK. I am quite envious because I find this species very attractive from an aesthetic point of view. The preys are a big bonus.
