    Default Theme: Zoom Blur

Some flowers in the garden were the subject. Zoom blurred with a 50D and a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens at 1/10th second. Cropped for composition and I blended in an underpainting layer from Topaz Simplify.

Cheryl, we are on the same wavelength! I thought about this image immediately when I saw this week's theme. ;)

    Unreal Kerry!!!!
I am lost here this week. I love the colors and the zoom effect. I doubt I get much of this done at all as we are in the middle of winter and not much light around before and after work plus I don't have a good zoom for this stuff. Maybe I'll come up with some PP blurs.....

What I LOVE is you placed the white flowers in the bottom left rule of thirds intersecting point. Well done!

    THanks for sharing Buddy! :)

Thanks Ákos. You can do great blurs in PS. In a way it's better because you can control the blur! ;)

Nice colours in this one Kerry and I like your crop putting the daisies on the ROT. Agree with Denise that the daisies stand out well and give the shot a nice anchor point.
