From Bosque del Apache a sunrise over the main pond. When conditions are right sunrises can be spectacular and this morning was difficult taking pictures ... you only wanted to stand and enjoy the moment !!
Comments welcome and much appreciated

Talking about a marmalade sky...wow this is absolutely superb...Love the dark, rich, vibrant earth tones and hues of the sky... Well composed and executed...
Alfred, WOW! This is amazing:) I'm hoping to go to the Bosque this winter. I've got a 100-400 and hopefully will
be able to puchase a wide angle lens before I go. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks:D (I don't have a boatload
of money:()
Cheryl,
My suggestion for short trips is to rent lenses. Gives you a chance to play and see whether you really like the lens before buying or, when cash is short (when isn't it!) you can use your dream lens. There are several rental companies, I personally have used lensrental.com with great success.
Like you want to get to Bosque one of these years - maybe in 2010 if I'm lucky!
Deborah, thanks for the suggestion. I hadn't thought of renting:o Hopefully, that'll give me a little more money
to stay an extra day or two:D I've heard they may not allow photographers in the future to get out of their vehicles so in case that's true I wanted to get there soon.
