    I selected the eye then did a zoom blur on this -placing the grid so the center point of blur would come out of his eye. Then put it thru Color -Efex to get these colors.

    This is great Denise. I really dig your work and as I am typing, I am hearing the calls of Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos, which are one of my favorite parrot species. They sound like a loud alarm! But gentle and kind at the same time. My morning (for a Monday) has started wonderfully.

    Very nice effect, Denise and I like it... With focus on the eye, the zoom blur works well. Love the colors.

    hehe.....I just copied some of your technique....blurring stuff
    is not my norm, being mostly an avian shooter looking for max sharpness

    this is quite nice
