This is a pair of Western Kingbirds that I have been watching for three weeks. Their nest is just below them, in a large oak tree in the parking lot of the Surgicenter where I work. I think that some of the eggs have hatched. Looked like she was feeding yesterday. This is the first time I have observed them perched anywhere near each other. Kind of looked like a married couple going through their morning routine. I was in a hurry and did not time to set up my tripod.
I must say that I have really enjoyed watching and photographing them.
