This is the American Flag flying over the USS Arizona Memorial, Pearl Harbor Hawaii.

The flag is changed every half hour and the flags flown here are used for military funerals of those that gave for our freedom.

This is the day of celebration of our independance and freedom. Enjoy it and be safe, for others gave to make it safe for us to enjoy.

Happy Independence Day my friends. The most wonderful person here on BPN e-mailed me a photo of the flag, which I will treasure for the rest of my life! I was very touched.
