    At first I thought the BG too busy but then you placed the subject very well against it.
    I like the overall feel and look, I like the colors, although I can't decide if there's magenta cast
    or not?

    Nice job on the exposure. I find the blue and green up top a little distracting. Maybe a CW rotation to straighten out the GBH.

    The exposure looks good to me and the bird is sharp. The abrupt change form light to green is mildly distracting to me but I do like the sense of habitat.

    I really like the soft look of this. I also like the transition of the BG colors. I think it needs a slight CW rotation to minimize the difference in the far shoreline relative to the level front one. I'd also give just the bird a tweak of contrast and reduce the cyan of the BG water a bit.
