This image is of Old Glory flying over the USS Arizona Memorial, Pearl Harbor Hawaii. It was shot through one of the 21 windows that represent the 21 gun salute for those entombed on the Arizona. Remember them and all who went before and followed in Harm's Way so we can be free and celebrate our independance in this great ccountry.

I liked the effect, as it seemed to me to be a view by those for whom the flag flies, who are entombed under the memorial within the Arizona. Kind of like looking up through the water to make sure their loss was not in vain and Old Glory is still flying over them.
