    I too love the warm light, the rim light and the composition. That stare is the icing on the cake!

    Very nice image, side light and yet nicely exposed. Did you use fill-flash?
    Like the colors, BG especially.

    I kind of like the central placement on this one Steve...great light and mood in this, agree that the stare puts it over the top. Is this a large crop?

    While the perch is not ideal for my taste, it is just subtle enough not to be too obvious. I love the lighting in this and the stare. Great capture Steve! Thanks for sharing.
