Nice light, BG and great HA. I would only suggest to tone down the whites in the head just a tad. Great pose and colors. Congratulations!

Beautiful pose and feather details Doug. There are a couple of hot spots in the whites on the head. Eye looks fantastic.

I am tossing up whether the whites are on the borderline? Either way if they are, then only just. The HA and framing are perfect for me. I also love the water reflections under the far wing. Thanks for sharing Doug. :)

The whites are pushing it but they aren't blown, even when I look at them under a microscope. :)

I like the look-back pose, wing position and sharpness. Another vote for toning down the whites.

Wow, that head turn in combo with the great wing position as the bird is starting to turn away is killer.

Head turn and reflected ripples on the wings make this one for me.

The forward wing posture makes this for me Doug. This is sharp, with good detail, and you have brought out the eye very well against the darker plumage. Well captured.
