I think it's a fitting tribute to this artist that so many people are posting Monet styles! Don't know if I even came close but I was trying. :D Too bad DAP is a Windows only program but it's fun trying to recreate these styles. This is an awesome theme and is really bringing out the artist in us!

Well it looks Monet-ish in a way and your attempt is pretty darn good. Not that I know much about art sadly. :( It has a lovely canvas feel to it. Congrats Kerry!

Kerry, This has a slight Asian feel to it and the canvas BG is lovely. I think you re-created the feel of a Monet by the composition. Very nicely done Kerry!!!

I like the texture but may be tempted to warm it up and add saturation.

Added some saturation and warmed up the colors. Is that what you had in mind Fabs, or maybe something in between?
