J'aime bien la pose, looks as if he is proud of his job on the broken branch. Eye and beak seem sharp but a bit more DOF would have been better since the body is a bit soft. Technical data? I like the exposure.

I like pose and eye contact. The bird looks a bit soft and I would tone down the perch. The remains of the branch are a bit distracting. Please post the techs, it makes it easier to comment.
