Not sure of the white belly but everything else says Indigo Bunting. That said, try female Lazuli Bunting (a bird with which I am not familiar). I am in motel room without a Sibley....

Rob- Agree with Artie this looks like a female finch-like bird of some sort. The conical-shaped bill eliminates the warblers.
I too am lost without my Sibley but do have the Nat. Geo. book. On this bird I note the light throat, darkish upper breast and faint striping in the dark. These field marks match a female or young Indigo Bunting. The range map in the Nat. Geo. book fits with this ID too.
