maybe a stretch for Monet? some glamour glow and low key along with a couple passes of topaz oil painting.

comments and critiques welcome and appreciated.

Harold, Maybe a stretch- but I do see some glimpses of Monet , and this theme is about recreating the Artists vision. Which I think you did . It's a "H-onet" I love the overall look to the image-it's beautiful!!

    H-onet, I like it, very funny. :D

Harold, I love this rendition and agree with Denise's comments. You captured the essence of his wizardry with your image. Congratulations, I am happy to view over and over. :)

    a very nice rendering.
Juxtaposition of elements is not optimal, as my eye keeps going to upper right....not the main element.
    But that is only IMO.

    the process is wonderful

At least both used Lillis :D:D

Beautiful treatment, too intact for Monet, but beautiful nonetheless.

    You make momma proud.

Harold, maybe a few more passes over the flowers in the foreground to give them a little more "impressionist"
feel would turn this from an H-onet to a "Monet". Beautiful image - I loved it in ETL!

Like the Orton here Harold, I like your crop and the placement of the elements in the frame:) Might not be exactly Monet, but I still find it pretty.
