    The light is harsh but looks manageable in this case. The face is in shade and that helps. If it would have been partially lit, then it would have been a bigger problem.

    Really no deep shadows so that works out OK. I like his relaxed demeanor.

    Hi Steve, your comp works well, especially with the lazy pose of the goat against the slope of the rock. Good job on his coat regarding exposure, and I like the eye. The rocks look as if they contain a lot of iron.

    I am not normally an advocate of midday light, but I honestly like this image. As RA said no harsh shadows, so you did well Steve. I love the pose, looks so relaxed. Thanks for sharing.
