    “Nature’s Symmetry”

    This lovely lady was painted with a Nikon D300, using a Nikkor 105mm f/2.8D IF-ED macro lens with a Nikkor 12mm extension tube.

    Image Solution:
    focal length @ 105mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / in camera matrix metering / 1/125sec. - f/9 / exposure comp @ -0.7EV / ISO @ 320 / white balance @ custom profile, using an Expo disk for color calibration / AF - Mode @ manual / color space @ sRGB / lighting solution – a 24” soft box placed at a 60 degree angle and four black light florescent tubes placed from the top and at a 45 degree angle / tone comp @ +2 degrees / hue adjustment @ +2 degrees / saturation factor @ +2 degrees / support platform - tripod assist, with macro focusing rail, and remote electronic trigger release /

    it's a macro-landscape!! you've broken ground on a new genre! the top looks like clouds. love the colors.

    This is OOB stuff man! I love those intense colors so much. The shapes and leading lines work well for me too!
