In Miami we are surrounded by palm trees. Sometimes we take them for granted, but I have always loved the graphic nature of the tree and enjoy them a night under a full moon as much if not more than during the day. I thought this might be an interesting take on an everyday sight in Miami. Nikon E5700 point and shoot, ISO 100, f/3.1, 1/75 sec, 57mm, Evaluative Metering, Auto Exposure, Auto WB, No Flash.

    Hi Mr. Waas,
I like the perspective on your palm tree...well done, the monochrome adds to the composition and the feel is over the top...good show...

Richard, I like the graphic look to this and the de-saturated look is awesome! The texture BG adds alot! Well done.

Definitely not a conventional palm tree image. Well done with your effort. I love it. :)
