Beautiful Cat Harshad I like the eye level viewing angle and pose The light tree in the bg is not helping much and you might be able to tone down.

I love seeing and making motion blur images Not sure just having the front leg slightly blurred gives that much of a sense of motion? Interesting to see other comments !! Do like that you are trying it !!!

    Hi Harshad

I just figured what I was trying to say regarding the motion, the tiger looks like he is totally still looking at the right leg the way its planted but the others are just blurred. The look and stance is telling me stationary.

Running off to work so I can't repost for you The slightly denser repost looks better in parts, the front shoulder of the cat is a bit dark and for the oof tree you need more of a transition to make it look natural. Enjoying this tigers a lot !!!

Nice shot. I think what Al is saying is that the blur doesn't match the image. It is ok with me, but no blur would have worked a little better. The feet are moving but the Tiger firmly set on the right legs. One would not expect to see rapid motion of the left legs, as implied by the blur, given the stance of the right legs. The image is awesome however.

As for the tree, if you could tone down the area below the Tigers head it would help in my view.

Nice to get to see them and in the wild a lot more impressive I'm sure.

    Good job.

The repost looks better but I agree on oversaturation. I would also tone down the bright parts of the trunk behind the tiger's neck and maybe a bit more room on the left.

The image makes you wonder what she is looking at.

I like the sharpness of the repost, but I'd tone down the reds. You are so lucky to have relatively easy access to such wonderful creatures. Agree on having more room at left.
    Thanks for sharing this one.

these tigers are sublime! I like your repost more since it pops a bit more, colours are more vivid. I also don't think the blurred foot adds that much to the image, in addition it seems like you picked up a very slight motion blur on her head as well?

I like the colors of the repost though I'd tame the shoulder a bit. I'm okay with the blurred paw but focus seems sharpest on the rump.

    Harshad,
Why ISO 100? Which AF point were you using? Were all the 51 points enabled?

    Cheers,

    Harshad,

You have gotten some great recommendations above. Not much to add on my end other then to say I agree.

What an awesome animal! Agree with the repost being a bit too much saturated - and tree needing to be toned down. Love your tigers Harshad!

Harshad, I will go with your original post. Colours look more natural, and if you could selectively sharpen the head, it will be a winner. Toning down the highlight in the tree will work too. The motion blurred leg is fine with me.
