Madeleine and I were feeding ducks at the lake this evening and some babies swam by.

1/160 evening-light and flash was at home. I probably would not use flash on the ducklings anyway, too much stress.

I don't think they would be fussed by the flash, but you didn't need it anyway Jeff. I like the sharpness and composition. You already explained why you could not get lower, so that be it. I like the image. Are the colors correct? (just a Q).

The colors seem to mimic the framed shot. But you raise an interesting question. I have a new MacBook and never calibrated the monitor, should I?

Do you calibrate your monitor often and what tools?

BTW - I can read the calibration strip on the bottom fine.
