    Love dorsal view, soft light and killer BG. For my taste, there is too much contrast, not consistent with that soft light.
    Very nice, Telly, crop is fine with me.

    I like the angle of flight Tell, showing the dorsal view nicely. These guys fly so gracefully, thus being able to capture them without much stress. The clouds in the BG add to the image.

    Nice view of graceful flight, contrast seems high or maybe color sat. Moreover, the bird's colors look a bit worked to me. How was the histogram. Middle/Light tone on Light BG - Read about some similar examples in "Digital Basics", does the Histogram have a strong bias to the right.

    I like the angle, eye contact and BG. Adding to the other comments, I wish the far wing were higher up.
