    Default Early Morning

As the sun started to rise, I saw the sun peek thru the tall grasses. Added a dreamy look. Don't think I'm winning an award at the Sony International Photo Contest, but I find it very soothing to look at. Your thoughts would be appreciated. ISO 200, f/8.0, 1/15 sec, Sigma 80-400mm f/4.0, 158mm, Evaluative Metering, Auto Exposure, Auto WB, No Flash.

Well composed and executed Mr. Waas.
I like the dark lavender tones and hues of the sky, painted by the soft blowing blades of grass of the early morning...I like this very much...and yes, it is conducive to a tranquil state of mind...congrats...:)

    ... just might Richard !!!

I like the sun and grass but can't think of making up my mind the placement !! Would love the see the sun larger in frame using more focal length !!! This image is all about mood and feel ... love it !!!

While I like the image, like Al, I would like to see the sun bigger and maybe a little higher in the frame. But this is a very nice shot

There is also a very good image within this one. That being a vertical of the grass without the sun. (This is a quick crop only adjustment.) Just my $0.01 worth! ;)
